Why Do You Want To Work for YFC?
I want to work for YFC so that I can impact the lives of students and show them the love of Christ. I did not grow up in a Christian home so my youth leaders and other Christian mentors had a tremendous impact on my faith and on my life. I know how much of a difference having these people in my life made and I want to make a difference in the lives of students today.

How Did You Become A Christian?
I started going to church because a friend invited me to go to Lamplighters, a girls group, at the church a few blocks from my house. I began going when I was in kindergarten and I remember telling one of the adult leaders that I wanted to follow Jesus. This was the first time I asked Jesus into my heart.

Best experiences in YFC:  Work Camp. It was hard work but willing attitudes of all the kids who went made it an awesome experience.

My Previous Ministries:
I have been working in youth ministry for 7 years. For most of that time I have worked as a Youth Director, first at Bethel Lutheran Brethren in Huntington Station and now at Peace Christian Church in Bohemia.

Who Has Greatly Influenced Your Life?
My youth leader Ronda was very influential in my life.  She helped me improve my leadership skills.  She taught me how to stand up for what I believed was right, and most of all, she encouraged my faith in Jesus.
