Charlie Ward Photo Op Registration

Special Opportunity to Meet Charlie Ward.

We will be having a Pre-Dinner "Photo Op" session with Charlie.  This includes an autographed photo of Charlie, have an opportunity have your photo taken with him and have a brief opportunity to talk with him. The Photo Op will be taking place before the start of dinner service from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.   If you would like to participate in this Photo Op session, we request a $100 donation per person.  A few days after the session you will recieve a jpeg via email of your photo with Charlie.  Space is limited to 40 people on a first come first serve basis.  You must have tickets for the dinner in order to participate.

Since space and time is limited you will only be allowed one person per "Donation" amount. If you reserving for more than one guest, please make sure you provide all names of attendees as security will only allow one person per registration in the room to meet Charlie.

If you will be staying for the Dinner, please don't forget to purchase Dinner tickets for you and your guest!

In order for you to participate is it necessary for all in your party to purchase a ticket for the Dinner @ $40 each. The cot of the ticket is not a donation and is not tax deductible.
