Have you ever wonder if there was one truth or if whatever you believed become true for you?
Well at CL2 in the month of March we will be looking at what truth really is. With Easter just around the corner we will be having a lot of fun and learning more about the life we are meant to live.
Jesus said I am the way the, the truth and the life no one come to the Father except through me. John 14:6.
Come see what these words that Jesus spoke means for us today.
Campus Life 2 Port Washington is a youth organization focused on middle school age teens who meet regularly in the gym of Lutheran Church of Our Savior on Friday nights. Campus Life offers camps and many recreational activities for the students who want to attend. The adult leaders and volunteers give special attention to safety and supervision.
We welcome all students from any background, religion, gender, and race. Parents are always welcome to ask questions about our meetings and trips. The involvement by students is voluntary and without obligation.
Campus Life 2 believes in the “balanced life” concept and strives to develop the spiritual, physical, mental, and social aspects of a young person’s life. All of these areas are important in the life of a teenager, as they grow into the mature young adult that God and their parents want them to be.
We start the meeting off with games in the gym, and time for the students to hang out and get to know each other. We then open discussion about a selected topic that is of interest to the students. Everyone is encouraged to express their ideas and views if they want to. The leaders always encourage positive peer support. We then have snack for the students at the end of the night.
